You are now able to access a range of services online.
As a patient, you can now view services online via phone apps and browsers. The services include:
- Booking & cancellation of appointments
- Repeat prescription requests
- Access to some aspects of your medical records
Signing up to an online service means that you can access any of these items 24 hours a day throughout the year. We know how difficult it can be to get through on the telephone at peak times. Offering alternative access frees up the telephone for those who need to speak to us about urgent matters.

The NHS App is owned and run by the NHS and is a safe and secure way to access records and services. You must be aged 13 or over and registered with an NHS GP surgery in England.
From October 1st 2022, it will no longer be possible for our patients to use the MyGP app. We advise you to switch to the NHS app which has all the same functionalities as MyGP, however in addition, you will be able to view your Covid vaccination pass. Please call the practice if you have any issues setting this up the NHS app.
