The Care Quality Commission is the indepenent regulator of health and social care in England
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. They publish their findings, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
The also set out the ‘standards of care – what good and outstanding care looks like. They make sure services meet fundamental standards below which care must never fall.
The family Practice
The Family Practice was inspected by the CQC on 19 July 2016 with and overall rating of Good.
The Practice was reviewed in September 2019 and based on the evidence available the CQC felt that an inspection was not required.
